In less than 10 minutes, our drying ovens are fully heated and operational. With operating temperatures of 150-230˚C, cans are dried ultra fast. We’ve carefully insulated all this heat, so outside wall panels stay cool and you save energy.

VMI Can dry-off ovens are fitted with a low maintenance, stainless steel wire mesh conveyer belt. The adjustable nozzle allows you to process a variety of can sizes.

The highly efficient 230 kW gas burners in our direct air-heated ovens use less than ±20 m3 of natural gas per hour, based 2400cpm. Gas consumption can be reduced further by using LPG. With lengths of only 2.4m per section, the compact design takes up less floor space – and the internal belt return path guarantees minimum heat loss. We also added rooftop safety railing, and insulated the inspection doors for easier entrance and maintenance.
