Our state-of-the-art CTC-SB I directly extrudes hot cushion gum onto a buffed casing.

After applying cushion gum, the tire moves to the tread applicator, where the tread is applied and stretched automatically in order to provide a perfectly matching splice.

CTC-SB I is optimized for large production units, and can handle up to 140 tires during an eight-hour shift. In addition to increased product quality, you will also benefit from:
