Based on the proven concept of electrically driven shear cutting and high accuracy splicing, the robust Ply Cutter System (PCS) produces all steel radial truck and bus steel ply. This low maintenance machine is easy to access – and only requires short stoppages for material changes.

We designed the PCS so it can be easily tailored to your specifications, with regard to the let off and wind up. Before wind up, the PCS can be combined with gum strip application. You will also benefit from our preventive maintenance program.
