With over 15 years of experience in single-stage radial truck tire building, the VAST platform is a modular design developed using the latest innovative technology. VAST offers impressively flexible and reliable production with consistent quality output.

The VAST platform produces everything from standard sized green tires to more sophisticated super single truck tires. Depending on its configuration, VAST can assemble over 550 tires daily from relatively compact machinery.

Among the many possibilities with VAST are tread length compensation for improved tire uniformity, multi-size tooling to significantly reduce size changes, and universal CORTEXX® HMI in your local language.
