Unique all steel OTR tire assembly

By utilizing our flat drum building technology – with VMI optional strip winding technology – we created unique OTR site assembly systems that produce green tires ranging from 17.5 R25 to 24.00 R35. All in a single process – including tread application – for up to 2.5 tires an hour (for 24.00 R35 sizes). Our assembly method for radial OTR tires incorporates transfer rings, pre-cut component servers, strip winding technology and other proven technology from VMI Tire’s all steel truck tire building machine. Output is repeatable, and size change downtime is low, thanks to minimal tooling and maximum use of universal computer controls.
